Real name: Norris McHenry

Blues singer, who recorded two unissued titles for Brunswick in Dallas, Texas, in 1929 (and may have backed Alex Moore and Nick Nichols (5) on guitar at the same occasion), and two titles for Decca in the same city in 1937.

"This is not the same singer as Norris The Troubador who also recorded for Decca. Blind Norris's real name is Norris McHenry, bu tthere is a marked resemblance to Billiken Johnson." (Blues and gospel records 1890-1943 (1997), p. 84)
