Real name: Carlos Eliseu

Carlos Eliseu (Portugal, 1964 - 2013), nicknamed Baléle da Moura (misprinted as Balélé, Balele, Balela, or Balèle) was the leader of Ciganos D'Évora. This gipsy group was a cult at the border Portugal (Alentejo) / Spain (Andaluzia), among fans of rumba, tango, flamenco and romani music. He also recorded with Ciganos D'Águeda and João e Balele. Unlucky, he died after falling from Dom Luís bridge in Almeirim (Portugal) in suspicious circumstances.
