Jean-Pierre Bobillot
Jean-Pierre Bobillot (1950, Paris) is a French poetry performer of his own texts and an academic teacher.
Bobillot describes himself as a "poète bruyant" (loud poet) and a "formaliste lyrique" (lyrical formalist) who also frequently gave public "lecture/action". Bobillot has collaborated with Bernard Heidsieck and Sylvie Nève to numerous "poetry action" performance.
Bobillot was professor at Université Jean-Moulin (Lyon III) from 1992 to 1999 and teaches at Université Stendhal (Grenoble III) since then.
