Donaldo Flores
Cuban singer, born 17 February 1966 in Amarillas, a small village in the province of Matanzas in Cuba.
Amateur singer since 1984, he became professional in 1992 within the groups "Yaguarimu" and "Manguare"; he then collaborated with "Maraca y Otra Visión" (from 1998 to 2000), then with the group "Traje Nuevo", and was a lead singer of "Adalberto Alvarez Y Su Son" (from the end of 2000 to 2002; he appeared on the album "El Son de Adalberto: Suena Cubano").
In 2003, he recorded his first album "El Solitario", then moved to Bordeaux.
For a while, he hosted the program "Llegó La Música Cubana" on the Onda LatinoAmerica program broadcast on Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on the radio La Clé des Ondes (90.10FM).
He also sang with the Orquesta Gali, a salsa group by Cuban Jorge Gali, and the London group "Ska Cubano", with which he performed for the gala evening for the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo.
