Hiromitsu Ochiai. Professional Japanese baseball player originally from Akita Prefecture. Born 9 December 1953.
After a long pro-baseball career, first with the Chiba Lotte Marines and then later with the Yomiuri Giants, Mr. Ochiai became Manager of the Chunichi Dragons in 2004.
Mr. Ochiai has also written several books and recorded numerous Enka titles, often in duets with female singers.
