Venezuelan baritone singer was born in Caracas on May 27, 1909 and distinguished himself as a singer of bolero and other genres mainly in the thirties and forties.
He is the first interpreter of the bolero "Desesperanza" by María Luisa Escobar. He died on August 31, 1984.
