Venezuelan baritone singer was born in Caracas on May 27, 1909 and distinguished himself as a singer of bolero and other genres mainly in the thirties and forties.He is the first interpreter of the bolero "Desesperanza" by María Luisa Escobar. He died on August 31, 1984.
