Members: Annika Ljungberg, Jens Sylsjö, Fredrik Järnberg

Annika Ljungberg, the original female singer of Rednex, returned to the group in 2004, taking charge of the group.
In 2009 she and all the new members she recruited were fired by the founders and were not allowed to use the name Rednex anymore.
Rednex continued with different members, and Annika renamed her group into 'The Cotton Eye Joe Show'.
Annika and the Rednex founders had several court fights over the name, which eventually lead to the shortened name 'CEJ'.

Initially the group consisted of Annika, her husband Jens Sylsjö and Anders Lundström, but after the namechange from 'Rednex' to 'The Cotton Eye Joe Show' Anders left and was replaced by Fredrik Järnberg.
