" The group Selbram is based in Moscow. The current composition was formed in 2011. It consists of three members: Igor (guitar, vocals), Nayil' (bass, percussion), Sasha (drums). The styles the group plays range from experimental rock and krautrock to psychedelic rock. Selbram tries to hold to live sound. The band was recording its debut album "Calmness and Ignorance" at a studio in Moscow on an authentic tape-recorder of 70s with mixing being completed by the guys themselves. The album cover photo is taken from a personal archive and made in Boston in 1996. It shows a group's member when he was six.
Different occasions have brought the participants together. Igor and Nayil' were going to the same college. Sasha and Igor as kids were studying in the same art school being unaware of each other's existence. They found out this fact only after Sasha had joined the group."
