A thrash/crossover outfit formed in Houston, Texas, circa 1987. Mainstream recognition eluded the band, despite overwhelming positive critical reaction and a devoted following. They recorded three full-length albums and an EP before eventually splitting up in the mid-90's.

The band reunited around 2011 with original members Greg Martin, Allen Price, Ronny Guyote and Scott Sevall and new lead singer Mike Argo.
