Australian comedian and actor George was born to Jewish immigrants in Cuba who eventually moved to Australia when he was six. Before his success, George tested his true grit as a high school English and History teacher. When George realised that his pupils found him amusing he left for a career in comedy. His first single, "I'M Tuff" want to #1 in Australia in 1984.
