Vladimir Djambazov was born in Sevlievo, Bulgaria, 28 October 1954 and is a composer of Electro-acoustic and Acousmatic music. He studied at the Music academy in Sofia and he won a DAAD scholarship. He graduated from the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen, Germany, having studied electronic music composition with Dirk Reith (ICEM) and horn with Hermann Baumann.
