Born from the ashes of Dutch rock n roll punks, Black Volvo, comes Batwölf, a quartet with a similar blend of gritty punk rock and rock n roll to get pits started and voices shouting. Jaap and Roy of Black Volvo weren’t ready to quit rocking out so Batwölf was created with the addition of Frank from The Rudolfs and Niels of Strychnine, Black Tarantula and Jellymeat fame.“We play punkrock‘n roll, for some silly dancing with your peers,” the band claims. We saw a glimpse of the craziness that the Dutch crew can unleash at Pie Race Festival last year, but we now have some recorded material to jam into our ears for the first time in the form of ‘Spare No One’
