Celestial are a Hong Kong-based world-dance band in the vein of Enigma and Deep Forest, but with a focus on Chinese music. Conceived by Peter Millward (2), the first Celestial tracks were released in 1992, pre-dating the emergence of the world-dance style. Other musicians involved in Celestial include Sunny Yeung (shakuhachi), Eugene Pao (Asia's top jazz guitarist), Hsin Hsiao Hung (Hong Kong's #1 erhu player), Sur Sudha, Eddie Chung, Angelita Li (multi-lingual vocalist), and many more.
