Japanese singer. Born in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture on February 17, 1926. Honorary Chairman of the Japan Singer Association. Although he reached the age of 91 in 2017, he is still active as a leader of the Japanese Kayou business.The singer Harumi Aoki is his younger sister.
His ex-wife is also a singer 永田とよ子 Toyoko Nagata (3代目天中軒雲月 Ungetsu Tencyuken 3rd).
