Norwegian rock band that took the name 1-2-6 for a few weeks, after 126 had broken up, and RCA wanted Asbjørn "Asa" Krogtoft to continue under that band name. They found out that they had to have a new name since the new band was harder in their musical approach. So they became Taboo.

As that they released two singels before Sverre Fagerli and Willy Andersen quit the band and was for a few concerts replaced by Arne Schulze and Sverre Kjelsberg. Late 1968 the band broke up.

The original line up did a reunion concert in January 2008 and has since been more or less together since that. In 2010 they released their debut album; Reborn
