Real name: Peter John Mark Makowski

UK based music journalist (died November 3rd, 2021) since 1972 when he joined Sounds aged 16. Since then he contributed to numerous publications including Streetlife, New Music News, Kerrang (under the nom de plume of Toots Daley), Soundcheck, Metal Hammer, This Is Rock and later on contributed to Q, Mojo and Classic Rock. He also played guitar with the punk band The Snivelling Shits which featured fellow Sounds journalists Giovano Dadomo, Dave Fudger, Steve Nicol.
