HARDLAB is a French duet composed of Pierre LienHARD and Pierre LABret. After working together respectively as Producer and Art Director on Leonard Lampion's debut album released on Pierre Labret's Abstract Reality record label, they decided to join forces in order to share their common passion for Industrial music, witchcraft stories and sci-fi dystopias. Their first album was mainly recorded live in several jam sessions using hardware sequencers, synthesizers and a bunch of effect pedals. These mad scientists experimentations lead to a melting of dark sounds, agonizing textures and weird rhythms.
