Serge Quisquater
Real name: Serge Quisquater
Belgian singer/performer, who was born in Leuven on July 5, 1965. He had quite a bit of success in his home country while being in the Eurodance/Pop band Touch Of Joy. In 2002 he was the Belgian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest in Estonia. His band, with three female backing vocalists, went by the name Sergio @ The Ladies.
