The Volca Massaker Orchester was founded in 2014. The orchestra plays electronic dance music. It uses exclusively the Korg Volca instruments (synthesizers, drum machines, and samplers). The instruments are linked together to keep the same beat. There is no repertoire. Everything is improvised and sequencer patterns are programmed on the fly. The music of the orchestra is reinvented every time they play without a safety net or double bottom.
