Μανώλης Γλέζος
Real name: Εμμανουήλ Γλέζος
(1922 - 2020)Greek left-wing politician and guerilla, Manolis Glezos was born on 9th September 1922, at Apiranthos, Naxos.
Well known for his participation in the World War II resistance, and the submission of the nazi flag from the acropolis Hellas during the German occupation.
He lived his life as a revolutionary non compromising Greek.
Died on 30th March of 2020, in Athens.
