German bassist, born in 1963 in Aachen, Germany. At the age of 18 he began his professional carreer as a bass-player. His very specific grooving swinging and melodical style can be heard on more than 40 Cd's - recordings with Charlie Mariano, Bob Mintzer, Randy Brecker, Rocco Granata, Joachim Kühn, Helmut Lotti, Toots Thielemann, Glenn Corneille, Boris, Jo Lemaire, Michel Bisceglia, Leon Delray (Udo Schild) and many others.
Werner is a member of 'Scetches' and 'Dance Of Joy'.
