Bill Cate
New Zealand singer-songwriter, born 10 October 1940 Lower Hutt, New Zealand- died 29 November 2020; best known for writing and performing the Bill And Boyd hit Santa Never Made It Into Darwin released in 1975 as a fund-raiser for victims of Cyclone Tracy that devastated Darwin the previous Christmas Eve.
