Peter Woolcott and Tim Burns compose the electronic soul findings of Lacarno & Burns. Slicing decks and effects since the mid-'90s, Lacarno & Burns' groovy jazz-house has been breaking beats in their native London and in clubs around the world. They made their debut with 1999's infectious 12'' "Departure/Nova," and the Off & On EP was a critical release for Chili Funk the same year. When they're not recording or playing large shows in Ibiza or San Francisco, Lacarno & Burns produce and mix artists such as DJ Wiseblood and Jehlaz. Deep Steppin, Lacarno & Burns' first studio effort combining remixes and singles, was issued in summer 2001.
