Dr. Anna Teresa Scheer is a UK based academic, currently Director of Teaching and Learning (Lincoln School of Fine & Performing Arts) at University of Lincoln. In the mid-1980s she contributed to counter culture magazine, Vague. Scheer has also been based in Berlin and Melbourne.
