Cape Verdean acoustic guitar player from Mindelo, S. Vicente. He played, toured and recorded with numerous Cape Verdean artists such as Cesaria Evora, Gabriela Mendes, Homero Fonseca, and Bau among others. Luis Ramos was much valued by fellow musicians for his traditional two-finger plucking technique when accompanying local styles like Morna or Coladera.
