American rapper and producer from Detroit, Michigan.

The youngest of two children. Blair started rapping at the age of 20. Blair met up with Will Fox of Sir Grady Entertainment to make a demo, and from this demo a relationship was made between Blair and Sir Grady. He worked on collaborations with Exodus and was also able to get national recording artist Lathun to sing and produce two of his tracks.

Rich has been working with the underground rap circuit in Detroit, and he has also been featured on live fundraisers for the National Cancer Society and the NAACP's Need to Achieve School Jam. He's been called the "New Casanova in the rap game" by XXL Magazine.
