This New Jersey native began singing with her school choir as a featured soloist under the direction of the late David Cole of C&C Music Factory.

In 1994 Shauna’s collaboration with Funky Green Dogs resulted in the Billboard charting hits “Reach For Me” and “If You Really Love Someone”. Following her collaboration with the Murk Boys, Shauna concentrated on developing her craft as a singer/song writer, actress and performer.

In the new millennium, Shauna has appeared in various television commercials for Florida based Burdines department stores promoting XOXO, Tommy Hillfiger and Guess, which also featured Shauna’s penned hit “Whatcha Gonna Do”. Shauna later appeared on MTV’s Fashionably Loud as background singer for Enrique Iglesias.

Shauna’s currently touring and topping international charts with her hits “Whatcha Gonna Do”, “I Wanna Be”, “Weekend (Star Tonight)” and her top 10 single on the Billboard Dance Chart, “You Can Get Over” featuring mixes by Junior Vasquez and Ralphi Rosario. After returning from her New York City premier, “Junior Vasquez presents Shauna Solomon at Earth”, Shauna’s back in the studio completing her single “Touch” with Guido Osorio. Shauna’s album for Harlequin Recording Group, is due out in summer of 2004.
