João Luiz Corrêa has been a professional musician and composer since 1989. He worked in different groups of music from Rio Grande do Sul, gathering precious teachings. Cultivating joy, simplicity and charisma are outstanding qualities of this icon of fandangueira music. At the end of 1998, he ended up following his own career, with the aim of playing the most authentic gaucho music, according to his culture, born in Rio Grande do Sul.
