The Boondocks are an Estonian indie rock band from the country’s coastal summer capital Pärnu. Formed in early 2012, The Boondocks - Estonia’s most stylish indie rock band - has a deep and powerful sonic language enriched by light and fresh rivieraesque melodies. These indie princes have released three LPs – „USB“ (2014), „Thriller“ (2016), „How to Build a Love Bomb“ (2018) – and they’ve earned top spots on Estonian charts with hits like „U and Me“ and „Plastic Century“. The alternative music station Raadio 2 titled them the Best Newcomers in 2016 and in 2017 the band was voted Audience Favourite at Tallinn Music Week. Having also performed in neighboring countries such as Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Denmark, the band is steadily garnering a following abroad as well.
