Winford Terry
Real name: Winford E. Terry
American singer, producer and label owner. Died 2005.Member of the band The Drifters from 1963 to 1966 and responsible for the hit "Sliced Tomatoes" by Just Brothers.
By the end of 1965 Terry had established his own Empire production company, which included his own label Empire Records, and a roster of local artists. Terry produced songs for artists such as The Honey Bees, Jack Montgomery and Just Brothers. Terry also founded the label Garrison.
