2002-2009: President, Yell Records. Distributed in North America by KOCH Entertainment, Yell's catalog includes releases by the Statler Brothers, Floyd Cramer, Vestal Goodman, Andy Andrews, Hank Locklin, Lanny Sherwin, Alli Gillis, the Davisson Brothers Band, and many others.
2000-2002: President, Scream Records. Small record company featuring the original release of The Blue Collar Comedy Tour LIVE featuring Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, Ron White, and Larry the Cable Guy.
1998-2001: President, Scream Music Publishing. Developing musical compositions including "Don't Happen Twice," a country music song for Kenny Chesney; and the country music artist James Otto.
1993-1998: VP A&R, Warner Bros. Records. Signed and developed artists for the label including Travis Tritt, Little Texas, David Ball, Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, and others.
