Real name: Meor Yusof Aziddin Meor Hassan

(1967 – 24 December 2021), popularly known as Meor, was a Malaysian folk singer-songwriter in the Malay language.
Meor died from COVID-19 on 24 December 2021, at age 54.

Meor Yusof Aziddin, known to many as "Meor" is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; an active street-busker, singer-songwriter since the late 80s. His first recording (Holocaust in My Head) was featured in the now legendary "underground" compilation "A Circle of Friends" (1993) recorded with his band SOCIETY. The man has since put out 8 solo albums, all DIY! He's busking everyday at the KL Sentral.
