The 3 Fivers

Effective period / Period of releases: 1996

Members: Kenny Lynch, Jimmy Tarbuck, Bruce Forsyth

One off Christmas novelty act formed in 1996. Their name is a mocking of The Three Tenors of whom apparently expressed disapproval of such a parody. (The parody is that Tenor sounds like "Tenner" which is UK slang for a £10 bank note, whereas Fiver is a UK £5 bank note.) This act may have been to have served a purpose for Kenny Lynch's proposed new album as two tracks from their only single were taken from there.
