Hiroko Chiba. Japanese female singer and education official, born on 19th November 1944.
In 1965, she graduated from Yamawaki Gakuen Junior College. Won the National Conzone Competition, held at the Expo Memorial Park. Debuted as a professional singer in 1971.
In 1983 she became an interview committee of the Ministry of Justice and in 1990 she took office as a probationer, consulting on juvenile training schools and counseling graduate students.
In 2003 she was appointed Vice Chairman of Japan Correctional Association and Tokyo Family Court House Chair Mediation Committee.
