A research and live project focused on the music of Joy Division by members of post punk / neofolk outfit, While Angels Watch. Active 2014 - 2019, originally as Transmission Control Division, but revised to CTRL in an effort to distance themselves from tribute bands with similar names. Despite a farewell concert in September 2019, the project has never officially ceased.
