Sludge/doom metal band from Houston, Texas. Bowel was formed in 2003 by Dave Ellington, Joel Torrez and Jeff Poppe. The band played as a three-piece for about a year then Jason Friedman joined on second guitar/vocal duties. Sara Leon joined on bass in 2010 and Timmy Heist/Blackout joined on second guitar in 2012.
