Cloister Maximus
Cloister Maximus is the musical project of multi-instrumentalist songwriter Stephen Kozik. It was initially used as an idea playground during his tenure in the Portland bands The Mouse that Roared, Minmae, and the Tufftees—released as on-off cassettes recorded on a Tascam Portastudio 4-track. Later, these recordings grew into full-fledged recordings that explored an amalgamation of multiple styles including 70’s pop, psychedelia, garage, folk, and outsider indie rock.
