Rita Maria (b.1984) is a Portuguese singer, has spent part of her adult life between Portugal, EUA and Ecuador, wandering between the improvisation of Jazz, Nostalgia of the Fado and the universes of experimentalism and World Music.

Has recorded with the following artists: Elias Meister, Yeray Jiménez, Nuno Costa, João Firmino, Afonso Pais, Rão Kyao, Amélia Muge, Luís Figueiredo, Lars Arens Band Larga, Dixie Gang, Igor Icaza and also with the Ecuatorian Rock Band Sal y Mileto.
