Dan Mitchell is an American songwriter/singer/producer, best known for co-writing the #1 (US and Canada) Alabama hit "If You’re Gonna Play In Texas, You Gotta Have A Fiddle In The Band," which BMI has certified for over 4 million airplays. He has RIAA certifications for over 30 Gold, Platinum and Multi-Platinum awards. Dan is also credited for singing, writing and producing National Television and Radio commercials for Miller Beer and is noted for his production work with such legendary recording acts as Johnny PayCheck, Tiny Tim and many others
