This is for mislabelled "The Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra" use ONLY (i.e., where the orchestra name is used fictitiously). It is best to state explicitly in the notes that this is the case.

The practice of bogus orchestras using established names is more likely to occur on fly-by-night labels, where the conductor is a relative unknown, or an established pseudonym (e.g Henry Adolph, Alfred Scholz).
