Orchestra based at the Teatro Comunale di Firenze. Almost, but not quite, an alias of the Orchestra Del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino - the Maggio orchestra would be assembled for the May Festival in Florence (The Maggio Musicale Fiorentino), and the Comunale Orchestra was more permanent.

Over the years, however, the Maggio orchestra has taken more and more permanence, and now that the building itself has been decommissioned, the Comunale Orchestra seems to have vanished as a separate entity.
