Real name: Victor Don Millrose

American producer, arranger and songwriter.
Together with Alan Bernstein, he founded Millrose Bernstein Productions, Inc..
Since 1967 they worked as a duo for Famous Music Corporation and in July 1968 they became the first two permanent songwriters of the music publishing arm of Mercury Records, in the fields of pop music, film music, Broadway and commercials.
