The Sunshine club is a San Francisco band formed around 1995 known for their laconic sound and penetrating lyrics. Their original lineup, Denise Bon Giovanni, Sean Coleman, Simon Colley and Paul Comeskey, recorded their first album, "Visit to a Small Planet" which gained them a fan base with songs like "Steiner St.". In 1999 they released their second album "Home" without Paul Comeskey.
