Mostly known for "Jersey Bounce" & "After Hours" credits (later reworked as "Just Right Tonight"). Often associated to Buddy Feyne & Avery Parrish.
Could be the same as the author of the book co-written in 1939 with Abner Silver "How to write and sell a song hit".
