American Vocal/Pop group formed in 1970 by Tony Orlando (who was a solo-singer at that time), Telma Hopkins and Joyce Vincent. A few earlier hits were released under the name Dawn (5), in 1971 the group recorded as Dawn (5) featuring Tony Orlando and around 1974, the group began using the name Tony Orlando & Dawn.
