Arkas Trio was established in 2011 as the first piano trio to be sponsored by a corporation, Arkas Holding of Turkey.

The trio’s goal is to perform well-known classical repertoire as well as lesser-known pieces of chamber music.

Arkas Trio is made up of internationally acclaimed Turkish musicians: violinist Tuncay Yılmaz and pianist Emre Elivar, and Gustav Rivinius, a German cellist who gained recognition after winning the gold medal at the International Tchaikovsky Competition.
