Like all creative visions that compel one to self-expression, this is one that began through an industrial baptism: one of immersion in the machined and polluted landscape of mines, forges, workshops, and brutalist monuments of a bygone era. Melting and reprocessing such narratives through an electronic foundry of his own design, Beuthen OS sees techno, with its sheer physicality and iterative capacity to induce extremes of cerebral and corporeal experience, as a form that affords their most compelling realization.
