Lemmy Special Chauke Mabaso (April, 4 1946 - April, 8 2018) was one of South Africa's most famous penny whistle stars. He first worked with the Alexandra Junior Bright Boys, then joined the "King Kong" cast which toured the U.K. circa 1960. Later he became a session musician, playing penny whistle and saxophone on many mbaqanga jazz records.
