Iain's singing career began at the age of sixteen when he joined the Lochs Choir and quickly came to the fore as a soloist. In 1966, he won a medal at the local Mod and six years later travelled to Inverness to earn a Gold Pedant for traditional singing at the National Mod. Died November 2020 at the age of 78.
