Lead singer and guitarist of Dallas, Texas punk band Loco Gringos. He passed away at age 32 on June 16, 1990 from a heroin overdose.Tom Foote started Loco Gringos with his brother Don Foote, a member the punk band The Devices, and Grant Sheffield, a bassist. All of them took on aliases in the new band.
